Shaam Farooq has served as our Vice President of Technology since July 2022. Mr. Farooq has over 25 years of global technology leadership experience in Oil and Gas, Technology, Manufacturing, and Automotive industries. He has led technology functions for start-ups to Fortune 100 companies and privately owned entities, also overseeing cyber security, and digital transformation. Prior to joining Atlas Energy Solutions, Mr. Farooq was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Hyliion, Chief Technology Officer at New Fortress Energy, and Chief Information Officer at Jonah Energy. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and is a graduate studies alumnus of MIT Sloan School of Management and Rice University.
