Dr. Josh Stephens is the founder of Stephens Insight Group LLC, specializing in Data Infrastructure Modernization, Leadership Accountability & Development, Value Streamss & Agility, and Data & Analytics Governance. With over two decades in IT and business management, he has a proven track record of driving significant transformation in the organizations he serves.
Previously, Josh held an executive role at Michigan’s largest healthcare employer, excelling in revenue cycle management, data warehousing, and business intelligence. He holds a Doctorate in Health Administration from Central Michigan University, focused on healthcare data governance, and undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science and Information Systems, respectively.
Josh is dedicated to his family and community, living in Hastings, Michigan, with his wife Rachel and their four children.
