Dr. Aaron Shinn is currently the Operations Integration Manager for Midland Production Operations in the Permian business unit at ExxonMobil. He is leading the effort to integrate operations in support of the corporate merger between Pioneer and ExxonMobil. Aaron has held a variety of technology leadership roles in ExxonMobil focused on the Upstream business and he maintains a core discipline focus in Computational & Data Sciences. Aaron holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Computational Fluid Dynamics.
