Hamed Al Abri is a seasoned Digital Talent Development and Resourcing Lead with over 14 years of expertise in the Oil and Gas sector in Oman. Currently, he holds a pivotal position at Petroleum Development Oman LLC (PDO). Hamed possesses a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Instrumentation & Control Engineering, complemented by a Master's degree in Control & Automation Engineering. Throughout his career at PDO, Hamed has played diverse roles and assumed significant responsibilities, accumulating valuable hands-on experiences. His extensive knowledge spans across various engineering domains, and he possesses comprehensive experience in all phases of project delivery, ranging from Concept and Pre-FEED to FEED, detail design, procurement, construction execution, project handover, and commissioning. With a strong background in project engineering, stakeholder management, engineering management, and contract management, Hamed is well-versed in ensuring successful project outcomes. Hamed's expertise extends beyond conventional responsibilities. He has a proven track record in problem-solving and has actively contributed to the development of innovative approaches in corporate planning, energy transition, new technology implementation, and digital transformation.
