Registration and Pricing

  • How do I register for the conference and masterclasses?
    • You can register for the 2026 AI in Oil & Gas Conference and/or the Masterclasses by visiting the registration page.
  • What are the different pass options and their respective prices?
    • We have pass options for oil & gas operators, Oilfield Service Companies, Drilling Companies, & EPC's, and Solution Providers and Consultants. More information, including a table, can be found on the registration page.
  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?
    • Cancellations must be received in writing, and we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. If the cancellation is received more than 14 days before the conference, attendees will receive full credit to a future conference. Cancellations received 14 days or less (including the fourteenth day) prior to the conference will be liable for the full fee. A substitution from the same organization can be made at any time in writing at no extra charge. If Energy Conference Network cancels a conference, payments received at the cancellation date will be credited towards attendance at a future conference or in the event of postponement by Energy Conference Network, towards the rescheduled date. Credit notes remain valid for twelve months.
  • Are there discounts available for groups, students, or government employees?
    • We offer discounts for groups of 3 or more. Please contact Kyle Cornish for more details.
  • When is the early bird registration deadline?
    • The Early bird registration deadlines are Jan. 16, Feb. 27, March 20, and April 3.

Logistics and Venue

  • Where is the conference being held, and how do I get there?
    • The conference is being held at the Hyatt Regency Houston West  (13210 Katy Freeway Houston, TX 77079). For directions and parking information, please visit the venue page.
  • How can I book a hotel room at the discounted conference rate?
    • We are pleased to work with Klerk to offer discounted hotel rooms. Please click here for more information. 
  • Is parking available at the venue, and what is the cost?
    • Complimentary parking is available in the 600-space parking.
  • What is the recommended dress code for the conference?
    • Our goal is to create a professional and inclusive environment for all attendees. We advise you adhere to a Business Professional or Business Casual standard throughout the conference.
  • Will Wi-Fi be available for attendees?
    • Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi to all attendees.

 

Content and Program

  • What is the difference between the main Conference and the Masterclasses?
    • The Masterclasses are additional learning opportunities which are not included in the cost of the conference.
  • Will I receive access to the presentations after the event?
    • Yes, access to copies of approved PDFs will be sent after the event.
  • How can my company apply to be a speaker or sponsor for the 2026 event?

    • We do not offer virtual attendance.
